Personal Checks
You may mail your personal check to TCC Marketing, 1115 Canton Road NW, Ste. A1, Carrollton, Ohio 44615. Your order may be delayed up to 7 days after receipt of your check for bank clearance.
Returns or Exchanges
Items may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt of the order as long as they are in new and unused condition. All original package contents must be included. Personalized items may not be returned. Please call or e-mail for a Return Authorization before returning any merchandise. We do not charge a restocking fee as long as returned items are in new and unused condition. Restocking fees may be applicable on certain speciality professional items from Welch Allyn or Miltex. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. We will alert you via phone or e-mail if an item is out of stock.
Shipping Address Correction
Please provide a physical address. UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. If the shipping address provided for your order is incorrect or undeliverable, a $5 for UPS Ground or $10 UPS Air services address correction fee may be charged if the order has already shipped.
Disputed Credit Card Policy
If paying by credit card and consumer disputes claim for no fault of TCC Marketing, we will add a $25 chargeback fee when reprocessing the credit card.
